Returns

We accept returns on non-personalised items only.

  • You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit (items may bend if not properly protected)

⚠️ Returns that arrive damaged due to insufficient packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Orders that are already in production
  • Digital downloads

 Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for non-personalised items:

  • The original item must be returned first
  • Once received, a replacement (e.g. different colour) will be made within 3 working days

 Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us as soon as possible
  • Provide clear photos of:
    • The damaged item
    • The damaged packaging

Once verified, we will provide a replacement

❌ Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase
  • After this time, production may have already started and cancellation may not be possible

 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected
  • Items must meet return conditions (unused, properly packaged)
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
