§2 Definitions

  • Consumer – a Customer acting outside their business activity

  • Order – a purchase request submitted by the Customer

§3 Orders

To place an order, the Customer must:

  • Select a product
  • Add it to the cart
  • Provide delivery details
  • Choose shipping and payment method
  • Confirm and pay

A contract is concluded once the order confirmation email is sent.

§4 Prices & Payments

  • All prices include applicable taxes (unless stated otherwise)
  • Shipping costs are shown at checkout
  • Payment must be completed before order processing

  • All products are handmade to order
  • Slight variations may occur due to handmade nature
  • Personalisation details must be entered correctly

  • Processing time: 3–5 working days
  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Orders are shipped worldwide

Tracking is provided for all orders.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

§7 Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)**

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Customer pays return shipping

§8 Exceptions from Returns

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Personalised/custom-made items
  • Orders already in production
  • Digital downloads

§9 Complaints & Warranty

The Seller is responsible for product conformity under EU consumer law.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Contact us with photos of the item and packaging
  • Complaints are processed within 14 days

§10 Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase
  • After this time, cancellation may not be possible due to production

§11 Incorrect Address

Customers must provide accurate delivery details.

If incorrect:

  • Order must be returned before reshipping
  • Additional shipping cost applies

§12 Limitation of Liability

The Seller is not liable for:

  • Delivery delays caused by carriers or customs
  • Incorrect information provided by the Customer
  • External circumstances beyond control
