Do you make your signs with a template ?
No, I don’t use templates for majority of my signs . They are all freehanded , therefore they are unique and there is no two signs that are ever the same
Do you do custom signs ?
Yes, of course I do. If there is no item listed in my shop that you are looking for please message me at contact@renartgifts.com to discuss a custom option
Can I see a mock- up before I order ?
Unfortunately, due to the fact that I make all my signs with no template there is no option to see a mock up . Please feel free to browse all my items to get a feel for my style and visit my instagram to see more @renartgifts
How do I order a double name ?
Please put in the basket two names separately . They will be done as two separate names that you can hang next to each other
Can you also make shapes ?
Yes, of course I can. I make signs and also different shapes like animals, flowers, geometric shapes and different themed items like cowboy hats, boots and space rockets
Can you make a name with capital letters only ?
At the moment, I don’t offer names in all capital letters. The design is created to have a natural, flowing look, and using only capital letters would make the piece appear less smooth and balanced. Lowercase letters allow the name to keep its soft, continuous shape, which is what gives it that signature style.
I have made a spelling mistake when ordering , how can I correct it ?
Please message me as soon as possible to correct the mistake . I try to make the orders as soon as they come in for the best service possible so every minute counts . Please use WhatsApp to make sure that I get a message straight away . My number is +48695085699
Can I choose my own colors ?
Of course ! I have over 50 colors available . You can select it before you place it in the basket ( from a drop down menu ) but if thats not available you can leave a note on the order or just message me with details )
How do I add a name to my order?
You can just simply type. the name in PERSONALIZATION box and then you place your item in the basket. It is as simple as that 🙂
Can you do custom sizes?
Of course ! Just message me to explore the options and discuss the details
Is this a service where you create custom baby names?
Yes, absolutely . I make knitted wire, rope wire name signs for babies and kids
Can I change the colors for the multicolored sign?
Yes, of course you can . Please email me (contact@renartgifts.com) or WhatsApp ( +48695085699) so we can discuss the details
Is this a good gift ? Can you send it directly to the recipient ?
Of course ! Please make sure that you enter recipient’s details at checkout
Do you include receipts or invoices inside the package ?
No, I don’t do it so it’s better when it’s a gift . If you would like a copy of an invoice please let me know
Are the items safe for babies?
All items are made with care using quality materials, but they are designed for decorative purposes only and are not toys. For safety reasons, they should be kept out of reach of babies and small children and securely attached when displayed
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
How long does it take to make my order ?
I usually start making it within the first 12 hours to make sure I ship it out as soon as possible . I allow myself up ti 5 days to make it but 99% of the time its done earlier
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, of course I do. You can find my items in over 50 different countries
There has been no tracking updates for me for a week . What is happening?
Don’t worry. It takes a while sometimes for the international orders to be ‘ accepted ” in the destination country . Please feel free to message me if you have any doubts or questions
I wasn’t home when postman tried to deliver my package . What can I do now?
Don’t worry, your package is probably waiting for you at your local pick up point ( they leave cards with details on ) or they try to deliver the next day in some cases
SIZE AND STYLING
How long will the name be I want to order?
The length of the name depends on the amount of letters it has . I offer different sizes but majority of them are around 5″ tall . I you want specific length please message me with the name you have in mind so I can provide the length for you
How do I hang the item ?
You can use two nails to hook the sign on , sticky dots, clear command hooks or clear double sided silicone tape
Will it match my nursery decor ?
Yes, the designs are created to be versatile and easy to style in a variety of spaces. With a wide range of color options available , you can choose a combination that perfectly suits your nursery theme, whether it’s neutral , boho, modern , or colorful. If you are unsure which colors to pick , feel free to message me – I am always happy to help
Will it look exactly like the photo ?
Most probably- yes ! but … as each piece is handmade individually, no two are ever exactly the same. Small variations in shape, size, or detail are part of what makes each piece unique and special — while still keeping the same overall design and style you see in the listing
