 Processing Time

  • All orders are made to order and dispatched within 3–5 working days
  • Personalised items may take the full processing time as they are handmade specifically for you

Shipping Process

  • Orders are carefully packaged individually and then sent to our shipping partner warehouse in Wrocław, Poland
  • From there, parcels are distributed to the destination country
  • Final delivery is handled by local postal or courier services (e.g. USPS, Royal Mail, DPD)

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times:

  • 🇬🇧 United Kingdom: approx. 2 weeks
  • 🇦🇺 Australia: approx. 3–4 weeks
  • 🇨🇦 Canada: approx. 3 weeks
  • 🇩🇪 Germany: approx. 4 days
  • 🇳🇱 Netherlands: approx. 4 days
  • 🇪🇸 Spain: approx. 1.5 weeks

Tracking

  • All orders include a tracking number
  • Tracking can be viewed via Track17 or your local postal service website

Shipping Costs & Customs

  • Shipping is charged at a flat rate

  • Delivery times may be extended during Christmas, Easter, bank holidays, or busy periods
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or external factors

Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout
  • If an incorrect address is provided:
    • The parcel must be returned to us first
    • We can then resend it, but additional shipping costs will apply

Lost Parcels

  • Lost parcels are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • Please contact us if your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe
